Terms of Service

By accessing or using QuantumSecure's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

QuantumSecure provides post-quantum cryptographic certificate authority services, including but not limited to certificate issuance, validation, revocation, and management tools. Our services utilize NIST-approved post-quantum cryptographic algorithms including Dilithium, Falcon, and SPHINCS+. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certificate issuance is subject to successful domain validation and compliance with our Certificate Practice Statement (CPS). You represent and warrant that you have the authority to request certificates for the domains specified in your requests. You agree to use certificates only for their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or suspend certificates at our discretion.

Payment for services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using our services to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks, violating any applicable laws or regulations, or interfering with other users' use of our services.

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuantumSecure and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services, but grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments are detailed in your service agreement or subscription terms. In the event of service interruptions that fall below our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits as specified in your agreement. SLA terms do not apply to service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantumSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuantumSecure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of our services, including but not limited to your use of certificates issued by our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
